• Private boat docks & boat ramp — The boat ramp and dock slips are for owners only. Renters may not bring motorized vessels, such as boats or jet skis, inside our gated entrance.There are offsite locations where you can store and use your vessel while in the Keys. Paddle boards, kayaks and similar items are welcome.

• Fishing pier / waterfront access — Early risers often enjoy casting a line at sunrise, or just watching the water go by with a cup of coffee.

• Outdoor showers & rinse-off area — Perfect for rinsing off before or after using the pool, or after a long day soaking up the sunshine. 

• Community pool & sundeck — The pool is heated to the perfect temp of 82 degrees. It's large deck surface is a relaxing spot to cool off, read a book, or swap fishing stories with neighbors. 

• On-site laundry facilities —Many units have their own washer & dryers inside, but in the event it does not, we have an onsite laundry facility which makes longer stays easy and hassle-free. 

• Covered parking & general parking — Each unit includes dedicated, under-building parking for your personal use. Keeps your vehicle cool on those hot sunny days. RV's are not allowed on property but there is parking outside the property on the street.  

• Friendly, tight-knit community vibe — Neighbors who become friends, shared stories, and that unmistakable laid-back Keys spirit. Make yourself at home.
